Please examine your parcel for any damage before signing with driver.  Check (set up) your items once you have received them and notify us ASAP if there is any problems, ColorWay Graphics UK Ltd will help you to get the best solutions. We will replace or provide credits on any items found to be faulty.  Unfortunately we are unable to cancel/refund after orders have been made and dispatched. 

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, we are happy to cancel your order with full refund within 14 days after the day of receipt of item(s) before the order being processed. 

We ask you to approve the design before printing, any cancellation, change in order content or refund will not be accepted once orders approved.

 

No claim for faulty goods can be made if any of the following applies: damage caused deliberately or negligence, improper use or careless maintenance, normal wear and tear, damage caused by not heeding, or incorrectly heeding the user/washing instructions.
